Перспективы использования ультразвукового воздействия в технологии экстракционных процессов

Abstract

В статье рассматривается возможность использования ультразвукового воздействия для повышения эффективности и интенсификации процесса экстракции из вторичных продуктов переработки ягодного сырья. Приведен сравнительный анализ различных режимов воздействия ультразвука, обоснован наиболее эффективный режим.

A possible use of ultrasound to increase efficiency and intensify extraction from byproducts after processing berries is considered in the paper. The comparative analysis of different modes of ultrasound exposure is carried out and the most effective mode is justified.
