Abstract

Автор рассматривает компоненты индивидуального человеческого капитала: капитал здоровья, капитал образования, культурно-нравственный капитал, трудовой, интеллектуальный и организационно-предпринимательский капитал через призму проведения образовательных профессиональных конкурсов, выявляет их влияние на развитие человеческого капитала образовательного учреждения.
