Abstract

В работе представлены результаты исследования факторов, определяющих трудности своевременного распознавания невротических, аффективных и других психических расстройств врачами общемедицинской сети и мотивов, лежащих в основе обращения пациентов с сочетанной соматической и психической патологией к психиатру. На большом клиническом материале, включающем 1350 пациентов, представлен анализ психопатологических симптомов, маскирующих проявления и затрудняющих раннюю диагностику заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы, ассоциированных с непсихотическими психическими расстройствами.

The paper presents results of investigation of factors determining difficulties of modern recognition of neurotic, affective and other mental disorders by physicians of general medicine network and motives underlying addressing by patients with combined somatic and mental pathology a psychiatrist. On a large clinical material including 1350 patients, the analysis of psychologic symptoms which mask the manifestations and complicate early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases associated with non-psychotic mental disorders is presented.
