Abstract

Considered one of the most important scientific and applied problems of sustainable development of housing construction on the basis of research of natural energy and ecosystems and develop recommendations on improving the methodology of the organization and management of construction processes, manufacturing and construction. Because organizational aspects of resource conservation and greening of housing require constant improvement and insufficiently investigated, the proposed study aims to fill the gap at the territorial and regional level in relation to the development of innovative low-rise housing construction. Presents managerial decisions on the formation of complexes of works under territorial reproduction of objects of ecohousing, the developed economic-mathematical model of the sequence of construction of objects of residential ecosettlement and economic-mathematical model for determining the optimal organizational-economic reliability of the construction of eco-villages.
