Современное состояние информационно-правового обеспечения деятельности арбитражных судов России

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues concerning the current state of information and legal support of the arbitration courts activities in the Russian Federation. A brief analysis of the results of the implementation of the state information and legal policy in ensuring access of the participants in a trial or any interested person to the information about trials, court acts and other in the system of arbitration courts is given in the article.

Статья посвящена вопросам, касающимся современного состояния информационно-правового обеспечения деятельности арбитражных судов в Российской Федерации. Проводится краткий анализ результатов реализации информационно-правовой политики государства по обеспечению доступа участников процесса и любых заинтересованных лиц к информации о судебных процессах, судебных актах в системе арбитражных судов и иной.
