
There is the analysis of development of socially orientated non-commercial organizations (SO NСO) in the article. The practical realization of setting up of a SO NCO is demonstrated on the example of non-commercial partnership on the assistance and development of private facilities of child care in the Rostov region. The analysis presented in this work enables to define ways of development SO NCOs via the use of the public organizations, professionally focused SO NCOs and executive government authority that in many respects defines prospects of social orientation of regional economic development.
