Резонансные концессионные предложения периода военного коммунизма

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются самые крупные концессионные предложения иностранных предпринимателей в период военного коммунизма. Эти предложения примечательны тем, что они были сделаны советскому правительству еще до принятия в Советской России декрета «об общих экономических и юридических условиях концессий». в свою очередь, этот декрет по праву считался первым предвестником отхода советского руководства от политики военного коммунизма.
