Abstract

Автор в данной статье на основе анализа положений Устава гражданского судопроизводства и Учреждения судебных установлений, принятых в 1864 году, проводит историко-правовое исследование принципов гражданского процесса, а также рассматривает вопросы использования опыта Судебной реформы 1864 года в современном гражданском процессуальном праве.

The author in this article based on the analysis of the provisions of the Charter of Civil Procedure and Judicial institutions regulations, promulgated in 1864, conducts legal and historically research principles of civil procedure, and examines the experiences of Judicial reform in 1864 in the modern law of civil procedure.
