
Статья посвящена исследованию проблемы освоения инновационной культуры личности в процессе профессионализации. Инновационная культура как акмепсихологический феномен рассматривается как продукт активности субъекта. Определяется содержание акмецелевых стратегий и умений самосовершенствования инновационной культуры личности. The paper is devoted to mastering of innovative culture of a person in the professionalisation process. Being an acmepsychological phenomenon, the innovative culture is considered as a product of a subject's activity. The author determines the content of acme-targeted strategies and skills of self-improvement of the personal innovative culture.
