Защита прав несовершеннолетних в современной России связана с рядом проблем теоретического и практического характера, которые вызваны различными обстоятельствами. В первую очередь указанная ситуация обусловлена отсутствием единого подхода в вопросах защиты прав несовершеннолетних и недостатками в правовой регламентации реализации прав несовершеннолетних.

Protection of the minors in modern Russia is associated with a number of theoretical and practical problems that are caused by different circumstances. In the first place, the above mentioned situation is due to the lack of a unified approach to the protection of the rights of minors and to the legal regulation of the rights of minors.
