Abstract

LFA-1 and Mac-1 expression as well as serum cytokines IL-6 and IL-10 were investigated in males of inbred mice CBA genetically predisposal to spontaneous hepatocarcinomas. Correction of these parameters by multiphytoadaptogene administration was demonstrated. Datа obtained suggest the significance of enhancing the adhesive interaction between immune and cancer cells for immune escape tumors mechanism reduce.

Изучены нарушения экспрессии лейкоцитарных интегринов LFA-1 и Mac-1, а также цитокинов ИЛ-6 и ИЛ-10 у мышей высокораковой инбредной линии СВА, генетически предрасположенных к возникновению гепатокарцином. Исследована возможность изменений данных показателей мультифитоадаптогеном и значимость коррекции адгезивных взаимодействий иммуноцитов и клеток-мишеней в восстановлении противоопухолевого надзора.
