The article presents a theoretical substantiation of the necessity of carrying out reengineering of management system in the organization. The cycle of management is considered and the description of stages of the given cycle is resulted. Value to proper statement of objectives is in detail considered and the procedure of construction of a tree of objectives and functions of object of research is described. Internal and external possible processes of object of research are studied. Influence of operating influence on business-processes of object of research is shown. The interrelation of business-processes and organizational structure of object of research is considered. Importance of modeling and an assessment of organizational structure and business-processes and their subsequent reengineering is shown. Such criteria of diagnostics of the organization as capacity of the organization to be trained are considered, strengthening the position in the market, flexibility of strategy and capacity of the organization to support and increase the strategic potential. The concept of architecture of the enterprise has been shown. It is certain, that the organizational structure and business-architecture are domains of architecture of the enterprise. В статье приведено теоретическое обоснование необходимости проведения реинжиниринга системы управления в организации. Рассмотрен цикл управления и приведено описание этапов данного цикла. Подробно рассмотрено значение правильной постановке целей и описана методика построения дерева целей и функций объекта исследования. Изучены внутренние и внешние возможные процессы объекта исследования. Показано влияние управляющего воздействия на бизнес-процессы объекта исследования. Рассмотрена взаимосвязь бизнес-процессов и организационной структуры объекта исследования. Показана важность моделирования и оценки организационной структуры и бизнес-процессов и последующего их реинжиниринга. Рассмотрены такие критерии диагностики организации, как способность организации обучаться, усиливая свою позицию на рынке, гибкость стратегии и способность организации поддерживать и наращивать свой стратегический потенциал. Введено понятие архитектуры предприятия. Определено, что организационная структура и бизнес-архитектура являются доменами архитектуры предприятия.
