Реструктуризация -основа повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия

Abstract

Автором статьи проанализированы разнообразные авторские подходы к сущности и содержанию понятия «реструктуризация предприятия» и разработана собственная авторская трактовка данного понятия. Изучена зависимость результатов развития экономики от успешного реформирования промышленных предприятий.

The author of the article analyzed the different ways to substance and to content of the concept “restructuring of enterprise” and worked out own version of it. It was studied the dependence of the economic development results on effective reforming of the industrial enterprises.
