Abstract

In light of significant update to the Russian civil legislation and considering the conditions of innovative development of the Russian economy, this article will be useful to practitioners as well as to science workers in their activities. Undoubtedly, it's very important to understand the registration procedure of computer programs, databases and topographies of integrated circuits correctly.

В свете существенного обновления гражданского законодательства, с учетом условий инновационного развития российской экономики данная статья будет полезна практикам и научным работникам в их деятельности, ведь, безусловно, очень важное значение имеет правильное понимание процедуры регистрации программ для ЭВМ, баз данных и топологий интегральных микросхем.
