Ограничения и несостоятельность концепции гражданского неповиновения по Ролзу

Abstract

В работе указывается, что на основании все еще доминирующей в наше время концепции гражданского неповиновения по Ролзу формируется слишком абстрактная, эксклюзивистская и узкая теоретическая модель, которая, как выражение чисто академической точки зрения и результат определенного идеологического влияния ученой элиты и ее связи с корпоративными и политическими структурами власти, не отвечает ни историческому, ни современному практическому опыту, и тем самым, в конце концов, приводит к обессмысливанию самого ее понятия.
