Abstract

A generic integrated physical and mathematical model of organization of managing cargo transport systems was created, based on an analysis of the condition of Russia's transport system. Mathematical models allowing to track and evaluate cargo shipping, solve routing problems, and estimate reliability and risks at early stages of organizing cargo shipping are developed from schemes and physical models.
