The article examines the term civil humanism from the position of philosophical and political approaches. The foundations of the constitutional order are considered in the context of disintegrational processes, which produce confessional and worldview diversity in the field of religious culture. The article deduces an aporia between Article 13 of the Russian Constitution and the historical and cultural discourse of Russian ideological field.

В статье с философско-политических позиций произведен анализ понятия гражданского гуманизма. Основы конституционного строя рассматриваются в контексте дезинтеграционных процессов, продуцирующих конфессионально-мировоззренческую разновекторность пространства религиозной культуры. Делается вывод об апории историко-культурного дискурса российского идеологического пространства и положений 13-й ст. Конституции РФ.
