The article presents scientific work of architecture students who tried to make a virtual reconstruction of Irkutsk Chudotvorskaya church, a lost monument of Irkutsk baroque of the XVIIIth the early XXth centuries. Method of revalorization is based on a complex research of the object: its shape, functional structure, proportions and scale, comparative analysis of the church and analogical monuments of church architecture, research of history of the whole ensemble and as the result digital reconstruction of the plans and facades. The work is an interesting experience of revalorization of a lost architectural heritage when there is lack of information: mostly photos and lists of the church’s property.
