К ВОПРОСУ О СООТНОШЕНИИ ЮРИДИЧЕСКИХ ЛИЦ ПУБЛИЧНОГО ПРАВА И ОРГАНОВ МЕСТНОГО САМОУПРАВЛЕНИЯ

Abstract

Показана актуальность проведенного научного исследования в свете различных дискуссий о правовой природе юридического лица публичного права. Автором сделан вывод о том, что у органов местного самоуправления по определению нет и быть не может никаких индивидуальных хозяйственных нужд, идущих вразрез с интересами муниципального образования.
