Abstract

В современных условиях развития российской многопартийности большое значение приобретает изучение исторического опыта партогенеза на рубеже XIX-XX вв. и его осмысление политическими деятелями и практиками того времени. В статье в сравнении рассматриваются взгляды либералов на проблему становления и развития политических партий в России в условиях революционного процесса.
