Предпосылки формирования в Российской Федерации социально-экономического прогнозирования на основе аппарата искусственных нейронных сетей

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены предпосылки формирования в Российской Федерации системы социально-экономического прогнозирования на основе аппарат искусственных нейронных сетей. Проанализирован зарубежный опыт в данной сфере. Обозначены возможные проблемы введения такой системы и преимущества от использования аппарата нейронных сетей и центров обработки данных. Также рассмотрены современные программные комплексы, которые могут быть использованы в сфере социально-экономического прогнозирования. Предложена авторская модель бюджетно-налогового прогнозирования с использованием искусственных нейронных сетей, адаптированная к российским реалиям.
