Abstract

In order to analyze the state of the blood flow to regenerate bone formed during surgical lengthening by Ilizarov stunted limbs examined 108 patients of all ages with a lag length of the tibia on the 2–11 cm. Doppler ultrasound method was determined by the rate of blood flow in the regenerate bone, transcutaneous oxygen tension was evaluated in tissues and tenzometric determined deformation regenerate bone. It was found that the rheological properties vary considerably distraction regenerate the first 2 weeks after discontinuation of the period of distraction and further depends on its longitudinal dimension. The intensity of the blood flow to bone regeneration increases as its formation and begins to return to normal in the second half of the period of fixation. Lengthening the shin bone on the values ​​of more than 6 cm may be accompanied by a decrease in oxygen tension in the tissues of the leg and increase the linear velocity of the regional blood flow.

С целью анализа состояния кровоснабжения образующегося костного регенерата при оперативном удлинении по Илизарову отстающих в росте конечностей обследовано 108 пациентов разного возраста с отставанием в длине голени на 2–11 см. Методом ультразвуковой допплерографии определялась скорость кровотока в костном регенерате, транскутанно оценивалось напряжение кислорода в тканях и тензометрически определялась деформативность костного регенерата. Обнаружено, что реологические свойства дистракционного регенерата существенно изменяются в первые 2 недели после прекращения периода дистракции и в дальнейшем зависят от его продольного размера. Интенсивность кровоснабжения костного регенерата возрастает по мере его формирования и начинает нормализоваться во второй половине периода фиксации. Удлинение костей голени на величины свыше 6 см может сопровождаться снижением напряжения кислорода в тканях голени и повышением линейной скорости регионарного кровотока.
