
В работе предложены эффективные способы регулирования нагрузки при занятиях степ-аэробикой. Экспериментально доказано, что высота степа может служить управляющим воздействием для формирования интенсивности нагрузки.
In this work effective ways of regulation of loading are offered at step aerobic lessons. It is experimentally proved, that the height степа can serve as managing influence for formation of intensity of loading.
