Возможности энтеросорбции и эволюция энтеросорбентов для лечения хирургического эндотоксикоза

Abstract

Показана эффективность применения энтеросорбции в различных областях медицины. Дана срав- нительная оценка различных энтеросорбентов. Представлены собственные результаты применения пектинсодержащих сорбентов для энтеросорбции и нутритивной поддержки в лечении хирургиче- ского эндотоксикоза на фоне синдрома кишечной недостаточности у 161 больного. Применение ПСП позволило снизить койко-день в 1,4 раза, летальность - в 2,05 раза по сравнению с общепринятым лечением в контрольной группе из 171 больного парной выборки.
