Организационно-правовые основы материально-бытового обеспечения заключенных в местах лишения свободы России (1831-1917 гг. )

Abstract

In the article the organizational legal forms of the material and community provision of the court prisoners in the pre-revolutionary Russia are revealed, starting from the Instruction for the warden of the district prison castle of the year 1831. Some other legal acts are studied the Statute related to the persons under arrest, the Statute related to exiles, and also the circular orders of the Main Prison Department related to the arrangement of the housing, food and stuff provision of the prisoners in the institutions of confinement.

В статье раскрываются организационно-правовые основы материально-бытового обеспечения заключенных в дореволюционной России, начиная с Инструкции смотрителю уездного тюремного замка 1831 года. Исследуются другие правовые акты Устав о содержащихся под стражей, Устав о ссыльных, а также циркуляры Главного тюремного управления по организации жилищного, продовольственного и вещевого обеспечения арестантов в местах лишения свободы.
