
Обследовано зо часто болеющих детей в возрасте 4-6 лет, посещающих организованные коллективы, проведен анализ полученных клинико-эпидемиологических и лабораторных данных. Выявлены эндогенные и экзогенные причины частой заболеваемости. У данной группы изучена профилактическая эффективность препарата «Анаферон детский». Результаты исследования позволяют рекомендовать препарат «Анаферон детский» как средство неспецифической профилактики в период эпидемического подъёма заболеваемости острыми респираторными инфекциями в составе комплексной терапии часто болеющих детей и в качестве средства санации ротоглотки.
In this study 30 children aged 4-6 years attending organized groups were examined. The analysis of the obtained clinical epidemiological and laboratory data was carried out. Endogenous and exogenous causes of frequency incidence were identified. The prophylactic effects of the drug "Anaferon children" were studied. The results of the study allow to recommend the drug "Anaferon children" as a means of non-specific prevention during epidemic rise of the incidence of acute respiratory infections in the complex treatment of sickly children, and as a means of rehabilitation oropharynx.
