Особенности функционирования современных организованных преступных формирований экономической направленности

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена характеристика организованных преступных формирований экономической направленности, определены отрасли и сферы экономической деятельности, наиболее подверженные криминальному воздействию. Анализируются особенности функционирования организованных преступных формирований в сфере экономики.

The main focus of the article is on the characteristics of the organized economic crimes. Main spheres and branches of economic activities exposed to criminal influence are described. The peculiarities of modern organized economic crime functioning are analyzed.
