Функциональные взаимосвязи в системе внешнего дыхания у здоровых мужчин

Abstract

Interrelations in the external breath system in 656 healthy men are investigated. The contingent was divided into 5 groups with different functional characteristics. Besides of «authentic norm», there were defined healthy men with the increased inflation of respiratory tissue, reserve tissue mobilization of lung respiratory departments, restrictions of external breath and steady hyperventilation. It is established, that all changes in the respiratory system, preternatural statistical norm are accompanied by occurrence of attributes of oxygen deficiency in an organism. Specific changes of interrelations are determined by the parameters of static lungs volumes. At the increased inflation of respiratory tissue there are the communications indicating the compensatory orientation of reaction, and at protective mobilization of reserve tissue on its competitive relations with gas exchange. At restrictions the mechanics of breath changes and role IC in excursions of a chest passes to ERV. The results obtained show that healthy people with functional deviations of external breath are considered as people at pulmonary risk.

Изучены взаимосвязи в системе внешнего дыхания у 656 здоровых мужчин. Весь контингент был разделен на 5 групп с разными функциональными характеристиками. Кроме «достоверной нормы», были выделены здоровые с повышенной воздушностью респираторной ткани, мобилизацией резервной ткани респираторных отделов легких, рестриктивными ограничениями внешнего дыхания и устойчивой гипервентиляцией. Установлено, что все изменения функциональной организации СВД сопровождаются появлением признаков дефицита кислорода в организме. Специфические изменения взаимосвязей определяются параметрами статических легочных объемов. При повышенной воздушности респираторной ткани появляются связи, указывающие на компенсаторную направленность реакции, а при защитной мобилизации резервной ткани на ее конкурентные отношения с газообменом. При рестриктивных ограничениях изменяется механика дыхания и роль Евд в экскурсиях грудной клетки переходит к РОвыд. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что здоровых людей с функциональными отклонениями внешнего дыхания нужно рассматривать как находящихся в состоянии пульмонологического риска.
