Abstract

В результате работы разработан мультиплексный набор для идентификации генов устойчивости к пирикуляриозу Pi-40 и Pi-b. Оптимизированные комбинации праймеров и условий ПЦР позволяют безошибочно идентифицировать одновременно оба указанных гена, при постановке одной реакции.

Multiplex DNA-marker set for PCR identification for rice blast resistance genes Pi-40 and Pi-b was developed in this study. Optimal primers combinations and PCR conditions allows to identify both abovementioned genes in the single PCR
