The article is devoted to the study of the legal component of the transformation processes of political regimes. Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of law in areas of democratization and the formation of an authoritarian political regime. Assessment is possible existence of different models of change in law.
Статья посвящена изучению правовой составляющей процессов преобразования политических режимов. В рамках исследования проводится комплексный анализ направлений преобразования права в условиях демократизации и авторитаризации политического режима. Делается оценка возможности существования различных моделей изменения права.
