Функциональное состояние почек в периоперационном периоде у новорожденных с врожденными пороками развития

Abstract

Представлены результаты исследования функционального состояния почек в периоперационном периоде у новорожденных с различной врожденной хирургической патологией. В качестве маркеров острого поражения почек (ОПП) использовались цистатин С сыворотки крови и β 2-микроглобулин мочи. Показатели оценены в динамике до операции, после и на 1, 5, 10-е сутки послеоперационного периода. Проанализированы перспективы использования данных маркеров в диагностике ОПП.The article deals with results of the study offunctional condition of kidneys in newborns with congenital surgical pathology in the perioperative period. Serum cystatin C and urine β 2-microglobulin were used as a marker of acute kidney injury (AKI). The evaluation of parameters was given in dynamics before and after surgery, and on 1st, 5th and10th postoperative day. We analyzed prospects of using these markers in the diagnosis of AKI.
