Abstract

In the article operating conditions of the organized leisure sphere during the period of formation people"s conscientious attitude to free time using are considered. Regional features of development of cultural establishments" network and a control system of their acti-vity as well as social factors influencing the maintenance and the forms of cultural establishments" leisure work are analyzed.
