
Статья посвящена конституционному институту неприкосновенности главы Российского государства и досрочного прекращения его полномочий. Автор анализирует современное конституционное законодательство России о полномочиях Президента, обосновывает необходимость поправок в действующий Основной Закон с целью оптимизации процедуры отрешения от должности.
This article is devoted to constitutional institute of presidential immunity and impeachment in Russia. The author analyzed contemporary constitutional law about competence of President and the impeachment procedure. In this publication presumes necessity of legal Constitution development by corrections the studies of presidential impeachment.
