Abstract

Gastroesophageal reflux disease is widespread in the world. The question of the surgical treatment of GERD occurs when konservatinaya therapy does not give the desired effect, despite repeated courses of drug therapy and compliance with all recommendations of the normalization of life. Conservative treatment can reduce the severity of symptoms and prevent complications develop, and does not eliminate the cause of the disease. The aim of this work was therapeutic approaches for different types of fundoplication: open Nissen fundoplication and laparoscopic fundoplication, as they give good results (85-95%).

Гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь широко распространена в мире. Вопрос об оперативном лечении ГЭРБ возникает, когда консерватиная терапия не дает ожидаемого эффекта, несмотря на неоднократные курсы медикаментозной терапии и соблюдение всех рекомендаций по нормализации образа жизни. Консервативное лечение позволяет снизить остроту симптомов и не дать развиться осложнениям и не устраняет причину заболевания. Целью данной работы явилось тактика лечения при различный видах фундопликации: открытая фундопликация по Ниссену и лапароскопическая фундопликация, так как дают хорошие результаты (85-95%).
