Модель процесса подготовки будущего менеджера к управлению организационной культурой

Abstract

В статье раскрывается модель процесса подготовки будущего менеджера к управлению организационной культурой. Показываются структурные элементы организационной культуры. Предлагаются подходы и принципы подготовки студентов: компетентностный, непрерывности, преемственности, самореализации к управлению организационной культурой. Разрабатывается модель личности студента, готового к управлению организационной культурой. Исследуются уровни готовности будущих менеджеров к управлению организационной культурой при изучении учебных дисциплин: организационная культура, организационное поведение, мотивация и стимулирование трудовой деятельности, этика деловых отношений. Дается итоговая диагностика результатов исследовательской работы.
