Abstract

Статья посвящена важным в теоретическом и практическом плане проблемам, связанным с разработкой типичных следственных ситуаций первоначального этапа расследования незаконного предпринимательства (ст. 171 УК РФ). Автор определяет типичные следственные ситуации, предлагает алгоритмы действий субъекта расследования в каждой из них.The article is dovoted i mportant in the theoretical and practical plan to the problems connected to development of tipical investigatory situations of an initial stage investigation of illigal enterprise ( an item 171 the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The author will define typical investigatory situations, offers algarithms of actions of the subject of investigation in each of them.
