Устройство для равномерного заполнения канала пресс-инструмента

Abstract

Интенсифицировать и оптимизировать технологии приготовления многокомпонентных составов из ЭНМ, обеспечить качество прессованных комбинированных изделий из них, а также создать новые конструкции аппаратов дозирования возможно лишь при детальном изучении процессов ее составляющих. В статье дан краткий анализ существующих дозаторов и описан предложенный авторами аппарат дозирования дисперсных материалов для заполнения канала пресс-инструмента, позволяющий изначально формировать заданную конфигурацию изделия.
