Abstract

We studied the association of core indicators of blood gas regime with I/D polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme. We had evaluated the effect of genetic factors and motor activity on the oxygen – transport system. Using analysis of variance ACE gene polymorphism was found to influence on a number of indicators of the gas transportation system of the body, depending on the level of boys physical activity. Results of the study showed that the difference in the oxygen supply of tissues is genetically determined, but the phenotype observed only under the certain level of physical activity. Increasing oxygen needs of cells at aerobic activity are provided by compensatory reactions of system oxygen supply aimed at overcoming the shortage of oxygen in the cells. Most clearly the influence of motor activity on discounted rates has manifested in genotype I/I.
