ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОЙ ОЧИСТКИ ТОПОЧНОЙ КАМЕРЫ ОБДУВОЧНЫМИ АППАРАТАМИ

Abstract

Проанализированы причины образования золошлаковых отложений на поверхностях нагрева паровых котлов. Рассмотрены разные способы очистки поверхностей нагрева котлов, в том числе с помощью обдувочных аппаратов, а также показано назначение обдувочных аппаратов паровой и водяной обдувки на примере котлоагрегатов ТЭЦ-6 ПАО «Иркутскэнерго». Проведен расчет дальнобойного аппарата водяной обдувки топочной камеры, применяемой на работающих котлах БКЗ-320-140-ПТ ТЭЦ-6.

The causes of ash and slag depositions on the heating surfaces of steam boilers are analyzed. Different ways of cleaning boiler heating surfaces are considered including the application of sootblowers. The purposes of steam and water blasters are shown on the example of CHP-6 boilers of “Irkutskenergo” OJSC. The calculation of a long-range water blower of a combustion chamber used in operating БКЗ-320-140-ПТ boiler units of CHP-6 is performed.
