Исследование состояния информационной туристской инфраструктуры в российской Федерации

Abstract

The article presents the results of the author’s research on establishment and development of the touristic information infrastructure Touristic Informational Centers. The author considers the leading TIC of Russia established on the basis of international experience. The main functions of the Centers are revealed and generalized. It is suggested to create a unified marketing structure so as to manage the promotion of the national tourist product. The methodological procedures of the article are made of researches, reports, reviews, reflective of various aspects of touristic information infrastructure functioning including those of its establishing, the experience of advanced countries. The research will appeal to tourism experts, scientists and students of touristic sphere, governmental bodies of various levels interested in tourism development in their areas.

В статье приводятся результаты авторского исследования, посвященного становлению и развитию туристской информационной инфраструктуры Туристско-информационных центров. Автором рассмотрены ведущие ТИЦ России, созданные на основе международного опыта. Выявлены и обобщены основные функции Центров. Предлагается создание единой маркетинговой структуры для управления продвижением национального турпродукта. Методологическую базу статьи составили исследования, доклады, обзоры, отражающие различные аспекты функционирования туристской информационной инфраструктуры, в том числе становления данной инфраструктуры, опыт передовых стран. Работа будет интересна профессионалам туризма, ученым и студентам сферы туризма, органам власти разного уровня, заинтересованных в развитии туризма на территориях.
