Abstract

В данной статье, посвященной одной из злободневных проблем науки гражданского права, подвергнуты исследованию такие важные вопросы, как понятие источника повышенной опасности, его проявление в медицинской деятельности, ответственность по возмещению вреда, причиненного источником повышенной опасности при оказании медицинских услуг. В этой связи обращается более пристальное внимание природе медицинских аппаратов и инструментов, препаратов и других медицинских предметов.

The paper deals with the topical problems of the civil law, such important problems as the notion of sources of increased danger, its influence in medical activity, responsibilities for compensation of damages caused by the source of increased danger while rendering medical aid. In this connection intent attention is paid to the nature of medical apparatuses, instruments, preparations and other medical article.
