Abstract

The problem of «elementary unit», «cell» or «quantum» of development is discussed in the article. Author means that functioning of this «quantum» have to explain continuous reproduction of the main structure of the process of development: appearance of main line of development and two subordinates lines (line of evolution included primitive elements and line evolution of non-included primitive elements). Actually, «points of bifurcation» of the of main line of development of world process constantly differentiate its totipotencial material on the «stem part», or continuing main line of development, and conditions of main line. Author attempts to estimate variety of «quantum» of development’s elements for its normal functioning on the basis of the fundamental law of «cenology». Author suggests that preservation of «primitive» elements is a necessary condition for continuation of world process because only normal functioning of these elements protects the main line of development from degradation.
