Abstract

The article discusses the individual elements operational-investigative characteristics of past-time murders. The author focuses on the characteristics of the individual offender and the personality characteristics of his victims because in his view, they largely contribute to a more complete formation of its contents.

В статье рассматриваются отдельные элементы оперативно-разыскной характеристики убийств прошлых лет. Автор акцентирует свое внимание на характеристике личности преступника и характеристике личности его жертвы, поскольку, по его мнению, они во многом способствуют более полному формированию ее содержания.
