Теория народного представительства в русском государствоведении

Abstract

В статье рассматривается классическая теория народного представительства в федеративном государстве, нашедшая отражение в трудах русских государствоведов. Проведен анализ различных подходов к теории народного представительства, обобщены взгляды на исследуемую проблему в русскомгосударствоведении.

The article considers the classical theory of public representation in the federative state, observed in works of Russian scientists. The author analyzes theories of public representation and opinions on this problem.
