Современные методы исследования и контроля технического состояния технологического оборудования портовых зерновых перегрузочных комплексов

Abstract

Представлен сравнительный анализ современных методов исследования и контроля технического состояния подъемно-транспортного оборудования специализированных конвейерных комплексов для навалочных грузов. Подробно рассмотрены и описаны следующие применяемые методы контроля: визуальный, параметрический, трибологический, вибрационный, тепловизионный, статистический. На конкретных примерах полученных результатов контроля сделаны выводы о наиболее информативных, менее затратных и, в итоге, более эффективных методах и средствах контроля. Но, тем не менее, также сказано, что для объективной оценки технического состояния узлов и механизмов подъемно-транспортного оборудования целесообразно использовать, по мере возможности, как можно большее количество методов контроля, так как их результаты в конечном итоге будут дополнять друг друга. Еще одним немало важным условием проведения контроля технического состояния является их регулярность и обязательная фиксация результатов.

The article presents comparative analysis of the modern methods of researches and technical condition control of lifting-transport equipments specialized conveyor complexes for bulk cargos. There are in detail considered and describedfollowing applicable control methods: visual, parametric, tribology, vibratory, thermography, statistical. On concrete example got results of control are made findings about most information, less expensive and, in total, more efficient methods and facilities of control. For objective estimation of the technical condition of the nodes and mechanisms of liftingtransport equipments reasonable to use as possible greater amount of the methods of control, since their results in final total will complement each other. One more much important conditions of the carrying out control of technical conditions are their regularly and obligatory results 1 fixation.
