Неолиберализм и мировой экономический кризис

Abstract

In his scientific paper, Prof. Kolodko considers in detail the causes and the specific features of the current world economic crisis, as well as the possibility of its prevention, and substantiates the view that one of the main sources of the world crisis is neoliberalism. The author suggests alternative ways for the world economy to function through the triangle of development, including values, institutions, and policies, and puts forward a the Coincidence Theory of Development and the «new pragmatism» normative approach demonstrating how, based on this theory, a better future can be achieved.

В научном докладе проф. Г.В. Колодко подробно рассматривается происхождение, специфика современного мирового экономического кризиса, возможность его предотвращения, обосновывается точка зрения, что одним из основных источников мирового кризиса является неолиберализм. Автор предлагает альтернативные пути функционирования мирового хозяйства через треугольник развития: ценности-институты-политика, выдвигает Теорию стечения обстоятельств развития и новый прагматизм нормативный подход, демонстрирующий как, исходя из этой теории, можно построить лучшее будущее.
