Abstract

В статье рассматриваются факторы, оказавшие влияние на пенитенциарную политику в отношении несовершеннолетних правонарушителей, находящихся в трудовых колониях СССР в 40-50 гг. XX в.

In article the factors which have influenced the penitentiary policy concerning minor offenders, being in labor colonies in the USSR are considered.
