Abstract

The packaging processes of bulk materials in flexible containers are examined. The method of calculation of key parameters devices for capturing, opening, filling and closing of flexible containers are proposed. Algorithm are developed and the program are written for the calculation of these parameters for different types and size of packaging when it filled of bulk materials with different bulk density. It can be used in the design, engineering and manufacturing grippers and automated production lines for packaging granular materials in flexible containers.
