Abstract

This article provides an overview of the formation of the European Union crisis management strategy. The study shows that the conditions determining development and implementation of the EU strategy on the post-conflict stabilization of the combat zone or the civil war region depend on the complexity of the conceptual substantiation of the EU policy and its realization. The necessity of improvement of the action plan and increase of the material, technical and professional resources doesn’t affect the significance of the EU strategy on the organization of the post-crisis territory, and contribute to the real stability in the conflict zone in future.
