Abstract

В статье дается авторское определение оперативно-разыскной характеристики взяточничества и коммерческого подкупа в сфере образования. Оперативно-разыскную характеристику взяточничества и коммерческого подкупа в сфере образования можно определить как совокупность необходимых сведений, способствующих выбору рациональных организационных и тактических мер, направленных на эффективное раскрытие и выявление указанных преступлений.

The author gives his own definition of operativesearch characteristics of bribery and commercial subornation in the field of education. The operativesearch characteristics of bribery is defined as an assortment of required information promoting the choice of rational organizational and tactical measures aimed at effective detection and exposure of the indicated crimes.
